Data we store
When you create an account, we store your username, email address, encrypted password, profile details, email status and account activity timestamps. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
Comments, ratings and bug reports
Content you submit is stored with your account so it can be displayed, moderated and answered. Bug reports are private between you and administrators, while published comments may be visible to others.
Downloads and security
The website counts downloads per release and uses technical security logs to limit spam, abuse and repeated login attempts. The audit log stores a shortened hash of the IP address rather than the raw address.
Email is used for account verification, password resets and bug report replies. MarQCodeWorks does not sell your information or send marketing without separate consent.
Deletion and access
You can change your profile information and delete your account under My account. Deletion removes the account, comments, ratings, bug reports and profile image unless legal retention is required.
